This is the harder wheel. The tread is two inches wide and slightly rounded, so less rubber touches the floor and your obliques have to hold the line that a wide wheel would hold for you.

Why it works

Rounded, narrow tread. The smaller contact patch asks more of your stabilizers on every rep.
Grips any floor. Textured non-slip rubber holds on wood, tile and gym rubber.
Finger grooves. EVA-covered handles shaped to your knuckles so your hands stay put when you're fully extended.
Almost pre-built. Push the handles on and you're done. A little soapy water on the tube makes it slide.

Convenience

Easy to install, easy to use. Now I can get rid of my fat gut lol. No pain, no gain, good quality, stability is balanced, comfortable grip, use it in the home, in the gym, outdoors, size is perfect. The product is priced more than fair.

Core Strength Ab Roller Wheel

Great For a Home Gym!!

My gym had one of these, and I used it weekly. I moved into a new home and set up a home gym, and this was one of the first pieces of equipment I had to get. It's got the same grip, size and quality as the one my gym had. I've had it over a year and use it a few times a week, and it's not getting worn out or wobbly. Great quality! Highly recommend for strengthening your core.
