When to add wrist wraps
If your wrist folds back under a heavy bench, overhead press or front squat, wrap it. Two turns of 21-inch elastic hold it in line.
- Heavy pressing sets
- Thumb loop to anchor, then pull it off
- Leave them loose between sets

Do these gloves support the wrist?
The strap snugs the wrist into a neutral line. For heavy pressing, add the wrist wraps.
Can I machine wash the wraps?
Yes. The wraps handle hand or machine washing and keep their tension. Wash the gloves by hand.
What's the terry strip for?
Wiping sweat from your brow between sets without taking the glove off.
